This black ale will let you discover the joys of its Irish tradition. Its deep black colour as well as its creamy and abundant foam are characteristic of a stout. It has powerful chocolate and coffee flavours. Its bitterness makes it a beer for savvy amateurs.

Witbier / White

This white pale yellow and slightly veiled is above all thirst-quenching. Its flavours are fruity and its bitterness is subtle. A slight acidity adds to its unique character. Typical of the Belgian Wit Beers with curaçao orange and coriander notes. Good in all seasons, it is perfect for summer and patio.

Cascade Blonde

This special beer not always available.

This ‘single hop’ has refreshing tones of grapefruit and citrus notes that is an iconic trait to Cascade hops. We also added malted wheat which gives it a roundness and a beautiful creamy head. The Quebec (Beauce Region) Cascade hops gives this beer a character that true lovers will appreciate.

I.P.A. India Pale Ale

A copper-colored beer with malt and caramel flavors. When you take a sip, a fresh hop blast slowly fades away and the malt creeps up gently. A refreshing, lingering after taste will appeal to fans of IPA style.

Weizenbier

The Weizenbier is a white beer with a high bitterness, originally brewed in Bavaria, Germany.

The Weizenbier from Micro-Brew is made from 50% barley and 50% wheat, which gives it an amber color.

Added to this is a touch of roasted malt, which brings body and complexity.

Hops are present in the mouth with a small resinous side, quickly followed by an explosion of grapefruit and flower aromas.

Scotch Ale

The Scotch Ale by Micro-Brew honors the Scottish tradition. Our brewer has studied and brewed with brewers in Scotland. He created a beer that reminds him of the Highlands and the mysterious side of Scotland. Caramel-colored, it is soft and has a peaty and smoky taste with a perceptive mild bitterness. Typically Scottish!

Légère – Light

Northern Brown Ale

A beer with hints of caramel, biscuits, and well balanced on the hop side. It is endowed with a beautiful amber color and generous portion of hops.

White I.P.A.

This slightly hazy beer is in the White IPA style. Included in the kit, you will find 1 once of Columbus Hops for dry hopping. Add it 3 days before bottling. Specific aroma descriptors include black pepper, licorice, curry and subtle citrus. It should please amateurs that enjoy hoppy beers!

Festa Brew

Festa Brew products are arguably the best beer making kit available. Unlike all other beer making kits, Festa Brew products require no boiling, no water and no sugar.

Blonde Lager – 23 L

A yellow coloured, crisp beer with a genuine lager yeast. This is a true all-malt lager brewed with no adjuncts. The yeast provided will ferment well at 9-15°C, but will provide good lager characteristics up to 24°C.
OG: 1.0476 – 1.0484, FG: 1.0080 – 1.0088, Yeast: Saflager S-23, IBUs: 11

Brown Ale – 23 L

A traditional, medium-bodied English style Brown Ale. Pleasantly roasted, mid-bodied malt profile with low hop flavour and aroma and moderate hop bitterness. Slight yeast-derived fruitiness.

OG: 1.0496 – 1.0504, FG: 1.0116 – 1.0124, Yeast: Nottingham, IBUs: 15

Continental Pilsner– 23 L

A balanced, well rounded, golden European-style lager with a noticeable hop profile and all-malt character.

OG: 1.0496-1.0504, FG: 1.0096 – 1.0104, Yeast: Saflager S-23, IBUs: 18

Cream Ale – 23 L

A medium-bodied, slightly fruity, North American ale style. Deep golden colour with a delicate hop aroma and flavour. A smooth and easy drinking beer style.

OG: 1.0476 – 1.0484, FG: 1.0128 – 1.0136, Yeast: Safale US-56, IBUs: 13

Double Oatmeal Stout – 23 L

An opaque, full-bodied ebony ale. Moderate to high hop bitterness combines well with a pleasant roast malt character, subtle malt sweetness and slight hop flavour. The addition of two types of oats leads to a creamy, robust mouth-feel and full texture.

OG: 1.0545 – 1.0550, FG: 1.0196 – 1.0211, Yeast: Safbrew S-33, IBUs: 28

Pale Ale – 23 L

A deep golden coloured hoppy, fruity English style pale ale. Presents pleasant flavours and aromas of fresh finishing hops, which balance well with a bready malt profile and moderate body.

OG: 1.0500 – 1.0508, FG: 1.0124 – 1.0132, Yeast: Nottingham, IBUs: 25

Red Ale – 23 L

Irish style Red Ale. Attractive red-amber colour. Moderate malt body and pleasant mild sweetness. Moderate hop bitterness, mild hop flavour and low hop aroma. A step towards darker beers, without the roasted components.

OG: 1.0492 – 1.0500, FG: 1.0132 – 1.0144, Yeast: Safale S-04, IBUs: 13

West Coast IPA – 23 L

One to please the hop lovers, this rich, full-bodied golden ale is bursting with hop aroma and flavour. Citrus, pine and floral notes, in true West Coast style.

OG: 1.058 FG: 1.014 Yeast: Safale US-05 IBUs: 42

Wheat – 23 L

A clean North American style wheat beer. Light straw colour and low hop bitterness. Refreshing and thirst quenching.

OG: 1.0460 – 1.0468, FG: 1.0120 – 1.0128, Yeast: Safale S-04, IBUs: 9
